- For any reason outside the control of the LiyaHoney.com including causes for delivery related logistical difficultie
Refund/cancellation rules apply under the following conditions:
- If the buyer cancels the order online before the product Before Dispatch 100% Refund.
- If the item bought has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to the buyer, the order cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
- Once delivered, the order cannot be returned or cancelled.
- In the event of failed transactions or a double account realisation for the same order, the total amount debited will be returned.
- If an order is cancelled or a transaction fails, the buyer’s bank/card transaction charges, if any, will most likely be forfeited.
- LiyaHoney.com makes no assurances on the accuracy or timeliness of refunds in the buyer’s card/account.
